People who are very (or extremely) active have good heart health and that’s why they can eat high-fat foods. Whereas, couch potatoes need protein bars to keep their fat protein ratio in check.

3). Select Meat & Veggies

Next up, you have to decide which meat and veggies you want to include in your diet.

You can select one of the following meats for meeting your daily keto collagen requirements:

  • Pork
  • Beef
  • Fish
  • Bacon
  • Chicken

And there’s a “no meat” option for vegetarians.

For veggies, you can choose from:

  • Avocado

4). Select Other Food

5). Enter Your Measurements

In the last step, you have to enter your:

  • Age (in years)
  • Height (in centimeters)
  • Current weight (in kilograms)
  • Target weight (in kilograms)

You also have the option to enter imperial measurements (feet + inches, pounds).
